PIPA receives visit from CAP 2.1 professionals
On January 31, the PIPA Project received a visit from professionals from the child health line of the General Coordination of Primary Care of Planning Area 2.1, from the Municipal Health Secretariat of the Rio de Janeiro City Hall. The professionals toured the facilities of the Maternity School where the project's activities are carried out and learned about the data collection and evaluation dynamics for participating babies.
The visit is part of a set of actions aimed at retaining project participants, that is, ensuring that mothers and fathers return with their babies for the six follow-up assessments planned for each child over the 4 years of the cohort.
Strengthening the partnership between CAP 2.1 professionals and the PIPA/UFRJ team is very important for the project and promises to yield many benefits.
Welcome! We are very happy with this achievement!
