PIPA researchers participate in Latin American and Caribbean Young Researchers in Environmental Health Meeting

On October 26, researchers Ana Paula Natividade, Maíra Mazoto, Monica Seefelder, and Nataly Damasceno participated in the II Meeting of Young Researchers in Environmental Health in Latin America and the Caribbean, presenting preliminary results of their studies.

The event, organized by the Instituto Nacional de Saúde da Colômbia, was held virtually and aimed to promote the participation and dissemination of experiences and scientific work by young researchers from Latin America and the Caribbean in the field of Health and Environmental Epidemiology, through discussions, presentations, and lectures. To that end, it brought together researchers from different countries, such as Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, among others.

The participation of the PIPA young researchers team is an important opportunity to disseminate the project's results, contributing to the internationalization of research, the sharing of experiences, and updates on relevant topics being studied by other researchers in the field of environmental health in Latin America and the Caribbean.
