PIPA receives three honorable mentions at the 12th SIAc

PIPA-UFRJ received honorable mention for three papers presented at the 12th Academic Integration Week at UFRJ (SIAC/UFRJ), held from May 29 to June 2, 2023. A total of 22 papers related to the theme of child environmental health, developed by undergraduate research students under the supervision of the project's professors and researchers, were presented. The honorable mention is an important recognition of the quality and relevance of the papers presented.

The award-winning works were: “Efeitos da exposição pré-natal a poluentes ambientais no peso ao nascer e no ganho de peso” , “Aleitamento materno e perfil sócio demográfico: resultados de um estudo piloto” and “Performance of the ORSA extension program and evaluation of health education methods for oral health and dietary practices among mothers of infants in a birth cohort”.
